Black Devils

Lots of black devils
appeared when writing
from behind my screen

Some were tiny
some pumped up huge
all tried to seduce me

Often I was pleased
and watched them acting
let them take me

Often they harassed me
So I hammered them off
with the keys of my computer.

Many Red Devils

Many red devils ran from my heart
And out upon my page
They were so tiny
The pen could mash them.
And many struggled in the ink.
It was strange
To write in this red muck
Of things from my heart.
